Terms and conditions for seminars and workshops

• After ordering here in the online shop, the respective seminar or workshop is booked bindingly for the agreed date.
• The training fee is payable when ordering.
• The participant bears full liability for all damage (e.g. to devices and tools) that the participant causes during the course.
• The participant acknowledges that a so-called transfer of the rights to the image is necessary for the publication as well as the distribution of the photos taken during the training and hereby irrevocably declares himself unrestricted, unlimited in time and place, as well as the distribution of the photos made during the training , also for advertising purposes of any kind, data carriers and other storage media. If the participant objects to this regulation, the objection must be submitted in writing at the beginning of the training.
• By accepting the terms and conditions, the participant declares as follows: "I guarantee the training content, training documents, images and video recordings
  (also from previous training courses with Ulrike Walgenbach nutritional advice and herbal teaching) not to sell or pass on to third parties and not to carry out any training with the content of the training received from Ulrike Walgenbach nutritional consulting and herbal teaching. "
• The access links to the online formats may not be passed on to third parties or made publicly available.
• Ulrike Walgenbach nutritional advice and herbal teaching assumes no liability for damage caused by force majeure
  (e.g. power outages, natural disasters, industrial disputes or traffic disruptions, network and server errors, line and transmission disruptions, viruses or other imponderables in daily life).
• Ulrike Walgenbach nutritional advice and herbal teaching reserves the right to cancel events due to force majeure, if possible an alternative date will be set.
• The terms and conditions can also be viewed on the website and are accepted with the registration or the appointment.
• Final provisions: The place of fulfillment for the deliveries and services of Ulrike Walgenbach Nutritional Advice and Herbal Education is the place of business: 52441 Linnich.
• The place of jurisdiction for all participants, whether private individuals or self-employed and traders, is also the place of business of Ulrike Walgenbach Nutritional Advice and Herbal Medicine: 52441 Linnich.
  For all legal relationships between the customer / participant and Ulrike Walgenbach Nutritional Advice and Herbal Medicine, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, including the provisions of the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods of April 11, 1980 (CISG), applies exclusively to the legal relationship between domestic parties.
• Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be ineffective or contain a loophole, this does not affect the effectiveness of the provisions made as a whole. Ineffective regulations and missing regulations are to be replaced or supplemented by regulations that correspond to the statutory provisions.
